Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and the strict preemptive measures taken by governments throughout the world, kindly consider that orders and deliveries timelines might get affected by this current exceptional situation.
Also note that, according to ARAMEX, shipping service is suspended to Russia and Ukraine until further notice, and all rates are subject to change without prior notice.
By placing your order with us, we will consider that you have read and confirmed all of our policies, most importantly our Returns & Refunds policy.

 

POLICY EXCEPTIONS

Unless we mismatched your order or delivered it to you or a different address by mistake, all items where indicated in the description or on sale or with personalized designs and custom made for you cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.  

 

YOUR RIGHT TO ORDER CANCELLATION

Once you submit your order at checkout, the items in our inventory will be put on hold for you, and you will receive a confirmation email that your order was successfully placed with us. We will contact you to confirm your order details and delivery address. You can choose to cancel your order within the next 24 hours before we start processing your order and get it ready for delivery.

Please provide an updated email address and phone number that you regularly use so we can communicate with you your payment process and your order updates.

ITEMS ON SALE AND CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Clearance collection and tems on sale are not elligible for exchange or refund.

Customized and personlized items made to fit are also not elligible for exchange or refund. Please take great care in submitting the correct fitting dimensions you need once you place an order where customization is applicable (ex: bracelets).

 

LEBANON CASH ON DELIVERY & CANCELLING ORDER AT THE DOORSTEP

For customers in Lebanon opting for cash on delivery payment, ARAMEX does not provide money mailing service as they do not carry a money check/amount from you or to you. That said, ARAMEX service does not accept returns on your doorstep, meaning you cannot turn down a delivery, and you will need to pay for the full amount of your order.

We love to make our customers happy, so please make sure to think thoroughly your order and to cancel it on time.

We do provide however an exchange service, on condition that the delivered item remains in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the same original packaging and tags. Contact us to exchange with a different item with the same amount or higher.

In case you are elligible for a refund, we will send you back the amount via wire transfer (your choice between Western Union, Moneygram, or OMT). Shipping costs are excluded from the refund.

 

RETURNS

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. This does not apply to items on sale or customized for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the same original packaging and tags.

To initiate a return, please write us at at info@marbledbeirut.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
All returned merchandise should be sent to the mailing address provided by us via e-mail.

We reserve the right to decline a return request we found not complying with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please note that all shipping costs for your returned item will be made by you. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Once we receive your returned parcel, we will assess the condition of the items you have returned and we will send you an email to notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request.

If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following that you prefer within a reasonable time: a possibility to exchange with another item, a wire transfer payment addressed to you with the refunded amount  (your choice between Western Union, Moneygram, or OMT), a personal discount code to be used once by you only.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- due to an internal error, the product ordered by you was never available in stock at the time of checkout;
- you payment was declined or not received by us;
- one of the items in your order was damaged while preparing your parcel;
- we cannot deliver to your selected destination;
- one or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information appearing on the website;
- we believe that the personal information you have provided during login or checkout is being or has been used dishonestly, unlawfully or in an otherwise inappropriate manner or in breach of these terms of conditions.

If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by e-mail and will refund any payment we may have withdrawn after you have sent to us.

Please note that we will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

 

GENERAL

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
