COOL CAT's standard payment method is "Cash on Delivery". The payments can be done in USD, or LBP according to the daily rate. Once your order is placed, we will contact you for confirmation.

Returns at the door at the time of delivery may not be possible right away. Please contact us again in that case.

Requests for returns are possible within 1 week from delivery date. Please keep the item in pristine condition and the packaging intact to benefit from a full refund.
