We will send you the items you have ordered to the address and the contact you have provided at the time of checkout. Our delivery timeframe operates as the following:

• For in-stock items, the delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. On some occasions, same day delivery may be possible in Jounieh and Beirut area.
• For pre-order and custom-built orders, the delivery time is 3 to 5 weeks.

Free-pickup is also available from Jounieh. If you also need your order by a specific date, get in touch with us and we may be able to help.

Returns at the door at the time of delivery may not be possible right away. Please contact us again in that case.

Requests for returns are possible within 1 week from delivery date. Please keep the item in pristine condition and the packaging intact to benefit from a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if our conditions are not met.

We also reserve the right to contact you and cancel your order in case the stock was found insufficient or mismatched.
